The SigenStor EVDC 12 7.5S2 is a bidirectional DC electric vehicle charging module designed for V2X applications and integration into home energy systems. The system supports scheduled charging, PV surplus-based (solar panel) charging, and fast charging scenarios where both grid and PV power can be used simultaneously for charging. The module provides an operating voltage range of 150-1000 V, with IP66 protection and intelligent air cooling.

It is important to note that the Sigen EV DC Charging Module can only be used in conjunction with the Sigen Energy Controller. V2X functionality depends on the capabilities of the connected vehicle. The V2X function can be expanded via OTA updates when standards are published and tested at a later date.

Functions and operating modes

• Timed charging: the start time for charging can be set.
• PV surplus-based charging: the system uses PV surplus energy to charge the vehicle, so charging can be done with up to 100% green energy. In addition, Battery Boost Charging (with SOC cut-off level) and grid charging are supported.
• Intelligent charging: the operation is capable of prioritizing PV surplus.
• Fast charging: the system can draw energy from both the grid and PV simultaneously for faster charging, and additional Battery Boost Charging can also be used for this purpose.
