Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal and taking back the goods

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase. To exercise the right to return the goods, the following conditions must be met:
The goods must be returned to the Company's central warehouse (address: 1225 Budapest, Ipartelepi u. 3/A) in their original and undamaged packaging, intact and unused condition.
In any case, the customer must consult the salesperson in contact with him/her by phone or e-mail before returning the goods.

The Company charges a return fee for administrative and logistical costs, which is 10% of the net price of the goods for all products purchased from the Company.

2. Handling defective products
If the Customer has received a defective product from the factory or the wrong size or product has been delivered, the Customer must immediately notify the Company by phone or e-mail. The Buyer must take photographs of the defective, out-of-size or out-of-colour Products in a clearly visible manner and send the photographs to the Company by e-mail to info@energrosso.com. The Buyer will be informed of the further steps to be taken within 3 working days of the receipt of the picture at the above email address.

3. Return procedure
Before returning the product(s), the Customer must consult the seller with whom he/she is in contact to agree on the exact return conditions.

- In order to return the product(s), the Customer must ensure that the product(s) are packaged in their original packaging, complete, unused, unused, clean, and with the original invoice and a completed withdrawal form.
- The original carton(s) of the product(s) should not be directly glued or cellulose-coated. The box must be placed in a packaging material (bag, paper, box) suitable for transport and sealed.
- If the product is dirty, missing, glued or the original box is damaged, 10% will be deducted from the price of the product(s).

4. Additional guidelines
- The Company does not accept COD parcels.
- Returned parcels can only be sent to the address provided by the Company (central warehouse); we are not able to collect parcels sent to a post office, parcel point or other address.
- Please choose a courier service that guarantees delivery of returned parcels to the central warehouse.
- The returned product must be in factory packaging (in a condition suitable for resale), packed in additional shipping bags, bags or boxes. Do not tape and label the product box.
- If parts of the packaging, product, accessories and descriptions are not completely intact, 50% of the product price will be deducted.
- The Returns Declaration is mandatory and must be part of the returned package.

5. Refund procedure
- After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Company will make the refund within 14 calendar days at the latest.
- Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment, unless the customer explicitly requests another method.
- The amount of the return fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
