Guarantees given

The products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. 

In the case of inverters, if the customer detects a problem with the equipment, there are two ways to trigger the warranty:

  1. The customer enforces his warranty contract directly with the manufacturer
  2. The customer reports the problem to us. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@energrosso.com or by informing your contact person. 

For solar panels, customers should report the problem to us and we will offer a replacement.
