The SigenStor EVDC 25 10S2 is a 25 kW bi-directional DC electric vehicle charging module designed for fast charging integrated into a home energy system. According to the manufacturer's concept, the design fits into a V2X-integrated, all-in-one home energy system and supports charging modes coordinated with solar panel production, enabling the vehicle to be charged in a 100% "green" manner using surplus PV energy. The module's charging voltage range of 150-1000 V targets broad EV compatibility, while its IP66-rated design supports durable, maintenance-free operation.
An important system integration constraint is that the EVDC module can be used in conjunction with the Sigen Energy Controller. V2X functionality depends on the capabilities of the connected vehicle. Once the relevant standards have been published and tested, the V2X function can be expanded via OTA updates, with officially supported vehicle models and schedules subject to manufacturer announcements.

Functions and operating modes
- Timed charging: the start time of charging can be set.
- PV surplus-based charging: the system uses PV surplus energy to charge the vehicle, meaning that charging can be done using up to 100% green energy. Battery Boost Charging (with SOC cut-off level) and grid charging are also supported.
- Intelligent charging: the operation is capable of prioritizing PV surplus.
